As for the second picture did you not wonder how the (photoshopped) moon has clouds behind it?
They say the camera doesn't lie but the guy with photo editing software can.

Photos like that are usually taken by zooming in from really far away. So for example, this pic looks like it's taken just a couple of miles from the buildings but it's taken from much further back and then zoomed right in with a big telephoto lens - that way the relative size of the buildings and moon looks different.
BTW that second pic is obviously fake for another reason. Yambo has already mentioned the clouds, but you will also never see a full moon on the same side of the sky as the sunset. Think about why the moon changes from new to full and back again.
Weird little fact that surprised me though; We think of the moon as being really big in the sky, but in fact it fills a tiny portion of it. If you hold a piece of hole punched paper at arms length the holes in the side take up about the same percentage of your view as the moon does! Our brains just give it more significance and we think of it as bigger than that.
