Re: SCANDINAVIAN SLAYER: A SLICK SUZUKI SV650 FROM FINLAND
It's popped up on my Firendface a few times over the last couple of day, I wondered when it was going to appear on here
I kinda like it.
I imagine the large expanse of black plastic under the seat looks better in pictures that it does irl.

Some bits I like but overall it reminds me of the kind of bikes that appear in kids playsets.

Yeah, whatever they are really, I just dislike solid look wheels in whatever form.

The lines of the tank unit seem (to me) to conflict with the curves of the frame

It looks silly but in a good way, I like it.
"Of all the stories you told me, which ones were true and which ones weren't?"
"My dear Doctor, they're all true."
"Even the lies?"
"Especially the lies."

Looks like it's trying to impersonate an electric bike to me.
Blundering about trying not to make too much of a hash of things.

Re: SCANDINAVIAN SLAYER: A SLICK SUZUKI SV650 FROM FINLAND
That was exactly my thought as soon as I saw it... just as electric bikes have been trying to 'distance' themselves from conventional-looking motorcycles and largely failing to appeal to existing riders as a result.
"If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer." Henry David Thoreau
