The racing bits (wings, air scoops etc) just make it look messy, I'm sure they do add performance, and I guess in the cafe racer ethos of 'what's good for racing is good for cafe-racing' they're a justifiable addition, but I 'm not sure the extra mass will be offset by the added performance.

Massive cylinders just look wrong to me & that's coming from a Guzzi devotee.. much prefer the mgs-01, magni Australia or proper retro looking guzzi cafe racers myself. Wonder what the final bill ££££ was?

There would need to be some very hefty mountings between the wings and frame if they're at all effective. They're mounted a long way ahead of the main frame.
And I mean 'effective' in the sense of being moved by airflow, not as in 'keeping the bike planted at speed'.
