BBQ Beef

I did a beef joint on the BBQ last week which turned out lovely, I did it on the gas bbq.

I want to do another one tomorrow, maybe on the charcoal bbq. Any recommendations for a seasoning or another way to do it?

Well, it was delicious. Loads left as it was a huge joint.
