Emptied the shelves in my kitchen onto the bed, with the shelves!! (The shelves are free standing and were in the way of getting the fridgefreezer out!!)

Then emptied the freezer drawers of the fridgefreezer into the chest freezer (tight fit!!)

Emptied the fridge stuff into cool bags

Then two friends came and took my fridgefreezer down to one of their cars. We then drove to a bit below Les Menuires to swap it for an under counter fridge

Back home and got the fridge in place (just - really should have checked measurements, but some brute force made it fit!!)

Then fill the fridge, put the shelves back and stuff back on the shelves

I've now got my bed back (thought I'd have to sleep on the sofa!!) and things are much tidier on the shelves and, when I've put the wall bracket for the micro up and supported the new kitchen counter, I'll have lots more space!! :banana-dance: :banana-dance:

Sent Geany Motors in Aberdeen a message on Friendface to let them know their ebay has been hacked.

Cos I'm nice like that.

Poo'ed 4 times (something upset my badly run Indian chemical refinery of a bowel).

Put washing out.

Emptied dishwasher.

My life is rock n roll.

Had a blinder of a ride into work. Just one of those rides where all the right gaps open up at all the right times and I only had to stop for 2 red lights!! Literally swept through the traffic, which was light presumably due to bank holiday weekend. If it's like that tonight, i'll deffo be taking the long way home for sure! 8-)

Been sitting here regretting all the moving of stuff I did yesterday (shoulder, neck & head hurts :( )

But also peeved at my lack of DIY knowledge. Got bolts that I've never seen that I don't know if I should use!!! Hey ho!

Going down the valley to physio in a bit, then back to load the bike Luckily some friends have offered to help with that as I wouldn't be able to today (well, without a working engine it's questionable that I could do it at all!!)

It was the bread knifes birthday, so we took a few people on our boat and dropped the anchor by a sand bank near an island offshore.
Few beers, bit of swimming and lots of sunburn.

Today I should have had a chilled day to recover from doing more miles in 2 days than I have in well over a year!!! (Possibly not since I last went to the UK from here!)

But, took the van down to the valley to clean and give back, picked up a couple of things from the shop I needed, dropped some paperwork at the accountant, stopped at a friend's on the way home to give her a bank card someone had asked me to pass on. Eventually home after a couple of phone calls in the sun

1st May means that the heating goes off - first day back here since then and yup - it's cold!

Now waiting for my french lesson to start - thought it was half an hour as usual, but no, today is the first 1 hour lesson I've booked!!! Oops!! Very tired to be having an hour of French lesson 121!!

Tomorrow I'm out early to go to see the surgeon - I need sleeeeep!!!

Abandoned further work in the garden due to rain forecast so continued stripping wallpaper in the spare bedroom, when I say wallpaper, it was the thickest lining paper I’ve seen with goodness knows what paint over it as it was pretty much impervious. A porcupine roller and a load of wallpaper stripper solution and a lot of patience finally got us back to bare plaster.

I then took the hound out in the pissing down rain, he’s pretty much waterproof, I got soaked

Stopped for a hot choc and a pain au raisin en route to hospital.

Check up with shoulder surgeon today. Luckily it’s sunny at the mo so could be a nice a drive (well, back - motorway on the way there, scenic route home!)

Can’t wait for the cafes/bars to be able to serve people on the terraces. The place I’ve stopped has a load of tables outside - perfect for a coffee stop when it’s sunny. But we still can’t use them :( Hopefully soon

it's 3:35 am here, yawn.

The boss emailed last week and asked if someone could help a bloke in Sydney doing an upgrade on a server... Sadly he only emailed me and one of the other lads in the team.. So i knew it was either me or him. He's got more responsibilities than me having 3 smaller kids.. so i'm doing it...

it's early !!!!
