(bloody hours away - being slightly dodgy as there wasn't a box on the attestation for "taking a bike to a mate", so absolutely not valid reason to be driving for 7.5 hours!!!)
I dropped it off looking like this -
Then as I was driving back home, I got a message on Sunday afternoon -
It all just fell off in my hands, honest.
You've got a spark on both cylinders now, but judging by the mess of/in the fuel pipes, that may be the root of your problems.
I'll take the carbs apart tomorrow and report back.
Today, more photos and -
One on the right I took apart without the need for tools!
Quite clean in there really, but someone has been in there before judging by the butchered screws.
Only issue is pilot jets adjuster screws are solid, that is tickover speeds, so hopefully not going to be an issue!
Here's hoping that this
is just pessimism!! I soooo want this bike to runIt'll be amazing if it fires into life!
Otherwise you'll just have some well serviced scrap
(I never got in that far, so the butchered screws were not me!! )
