If it's that colour it should have black vinyl padding on the tank.

That fairing should do a good jobof stopping air getting to the radiators, even with the tiny vents.
Don't like the paint job on the tank.
Seems pointless have such a big seat when there's no pillion pegs?

No. I like the idea of it and I love the VTR motor (I had one), but as an "endurance" look, I think they missed it.

Like many of these bikes though, studio photography doesnt always help, could be a lot better in the flesh.

Wow.
Quite possibly the most awfully "styled" one of these I've ever seen, bit of a lash-up too with that ugly pipe welding, grubby/corroded fasteners, messy sump gasket goo, silly tacked-on spotlights etc- I'm with Tiepin on this, I'd much rather have the CB200

Oh and "Racer"

That is truly horrible.

It looks like it came off the shelf at Poundland with an AGE 3+ label on it (and it was probably on a buy one, get one free offer anyway).

I cannot imagine how anyone a) thought that was a good idea and b) actually wasted time and money on creating it. The only value it has is comedic.
