loose bottle cage mount on my bike

right bear with me on this as I have no idea what its called.

my canyon can have 2 bottles on the frame 1 on the angled front tube and the 2nd on rear.
never used the rear always use the front, and now the mount holes are loose bottom one spins top feels like it about to let go, the top one tightens and the bottom one only tighten a little and just spins (the thing the yellow arrow is pointing to is what I mean) its like they are placed in the frame. the rear ones are still stuck solid to the frame

sorry if that does not make much sense.

I've got on to Canyons Warranty service to see what they say

any way to fix this, what would cause (me falling off) I can't see how that would, surely.

Drill them out and insert new rivnuts of the correct size, providing either you or someone you know has the setting tool.

Is the correct answer... many people just glue them. Which also works well enough,

I'd go for the lazy option and use glue, if it doesn't hold then try something else.

Depends what I have to hand. I might use a hot glue gun and squirt as much as possible into the hole, or maybe silicone as you can get plenty in there before it sets. If the gap is really small it may need to be something thin like superglue.
Others may have a better idea for metal.
I'd also use a split ring so I don't need to do it up really tight to stop it vibrating loose.

Unfortunately that's not worked, I've put a small washer between the cage and the boss nut (that's what that greeza called it) seems to be stable. ill ride and see and if not ill order some of that glue
