I've started part way through, the column and foot look similar to other drills No doubt a rise and fall tale gearbox does too, but I've not posted pictures of one before.

Just spotted Paul Brodie doing a bit of a show and tell about his Hi Low pulley variable speed drill press.
Looks like a lot of work but he's an interesting bloke and has a quiet delivery so good to see his stuff.
Worth looking through the rest of his vids as well.
