Looks like Aermacchi engine cases.
So I'm going to say it's an Aermacchi 350SS

That Paul Brodie bloke has done some kind of interesting stuff with his Aermacchi.
Some good Youtube stuff about it as well as pushbike builds.

Aermacchi, Italian Aircraft manufacturer that also had a motorcycle division, which they sold half of in the 60's to HD.
IIRC the Aermacchi's were pretty successful racing in the light weight classes

Not seen many but as a nipper my brother took me to Newcastle and on Westgate rd there was a twostroke dirtbike "made by" Hardly Movingson. Well, years later it seems that it was actually made by Aermacchi.
That was likely in about 78 or so.
Pretty sure I've seen on at Barbon Hillclimb as well.

Re: That's somethng ya don't see every day...
Aermacchi used to make aircraft, then they made motorcycles, in the 1970s they were owned by the same company that owned Harley Davidson, so Aermacchis were badged as Harleys for marketing reasons, in the early 80s they were sold to the Castigleone brothers and became Cagiva, Cagiv a bought the right to use the Husqvarna brand on motorcycles in the early 90s, so Cagiva dirt bikes became Husqvarnas, and the road bikes became MV Agustas, Cagiva stopped making off road bikes around 2008, selling the Husqvarna name to BMW and the bike designs are now SWMs, but MV Agusta still make bikes that can trace their lineage back to Aermacchi
