For the 8v Guzzis you either need one manufactured after April 2012 or absolute proof it's been rollerised.
When I looked into it for the Stelvio it will be after engine no AC12596 👍

Yep Agreed. But that 8v engine is really sweet. I think they hit the jackpot for me with that lump - it is massively grunty, and is as much of a torque monster as you'd ever want. It could pull tree stumps. But when the motor spins up past 6k rpm, the ohc 4v heads come into their own, and there is a real surge in high end power, that turns the thing into a missile. OK, its only about 110 BHP, so its no Superduke R, but the blend of low end grunt with useable top end power is a winner for me.

And that's why I've still got the 2008 Griso I bought new, which boasts the same lump, but is not an adventure bike.
