I've just spotted this on on Youtube, it covers him building a frame to hold the Bosch motor and two batteries.
Decent series which shows some of the framebuilding jigs, and the fabrication techniques he uses.
Well worth a watch, theres no made up for TV drama, just a chilled bloke making stuff and explaining how he's doing it through the build.
His other stuff is pretty interesting also.

Lucky bugger gets to buy the Bosch kit because he's a bike builder. I'm struggling to source anything like a decent motor/battery/controller for my e-mtb project...

I have an unused shimano steps external battery I could sell you....

Thoroughly enjoyed the three build videos, just wish they continued but there is loads of other clips to view.

His subscriber count has gone from circa 3600 when the thread was posted to 9000 now.
