Yeah we had a few timeouts at the same time.
I pinged them a message but i know the reply will be something along the lines of
"yeah should be working now"
I'll then press them again and they'll blame a service restart.
My guess is that it's hosted on a specific virtual machine and every now and again it's patched and rebooted, which gives a 3-4 mins downtime. Obviously this shouldn't actually be the case... but it happens every 2-3 months.
