Are they in a fixed location in ALL the skins? Or are they moveable?

It's occurred to me that they'd be better off located at the bottom right of each post, rather than the top right, especially when you think about posts with lots of content or large photos, but I don't know if that's something you'd be able to edit?

I can't edit the skins, i can't move things about, but i can use any number of skins anyone like/finds/wants.

Couldn't see anything obvious in the extensions - if I'm truly bored one day I'll flip through all the style options.
