That’s my 2021 track days booked. 😁 Got a nice bonus so thought why the hell not. Works out cheaper than most other track days once you factor in hotel stay and petrol costs. So booked 3 days doing the full GP circuit. A bit of pre-season testing before Portimao and then some fun for the summer 😎

3rd May, 27th July and 19th August

With their 20% off deal for Black Friday it’s not that far off in price from other tracks and I do love Silverstone. Bring on 2021!

Seriously considering this for my First TD on the S1000XR - Looks expensive on the outset but as its 30mins from me saves the hassle of a Hotels etc

Get it booked :D That's our logic as well, only an hour away, no hotel costs. It would be great as a first track, quite a few corners to learn, but nice and wide and forgiving!

Easy travel makes a big difference, I go to Snetterton a lot because it's only 45 minutes from mine, Silverstone is at least 2 hours, probably more.

Silverstone is my closest track (probably tied with Bedford, but Silverstone is easier to get to) but its 'kin expensive! On the flip side you are riding a 4 mile long full GP circuit and its 20 mins away. I even ride past it on the way to work so I could take the afternoon off....

It's expensive compared to Bedford.. but it's not Bedford....

It's like buying steak in Aldi and comparing it to steak from a good farm shop... They're both meat.... but that's where it ends.

Silverstone using black Friday is only fractionally more than Donny....Way less than Brands GP.

I haven't been to Bedford, it looks a bit shit, if I lived between them I'd pay the extra and go to Silverstone.

Funnily enough, Silverstone is one of my least favourite circuits. I just find it bland.

I get the impression from a few mate, including RP1 on here that Bedford is actually great fun.. but still, it's not Silverstone.

I'll have to give it a go, I would think travel time will be about 90 minutes, it's takes an hour to get from mine to Cambridge.

Grand Prix circuit is the full 4 mile F1 track isn't it?

Tempted...tempted. Doing it on a Monday is a bit of a hassle, but then again it's only 15-20 mins from here :D

Never done Bedford before, see there is a bike day on Sat 27 March, might give it a go, should hopefully be warming up by then!

This might be a nice little lead in....although weather could still be dicey.

Would love to do Silverstone GP just 'cause I grew up watching F1 there and I've been loads of times to watch various race formats. I've even done a running race around the track. But I ain't ridden on track for >10 years and £295 is a bit spendy for a first time out!
