It's not badly priced looking at the rest of them out there.

Is that some posh airbox mod?
I wouldn't expect that without some pipes?
Probably put the stock pipes back on to sell it.

For an 07 bike,I'd have expected it to be cheaper.

I found them a bit top heavy, I thought the road bike version was better to ride

Re: interesting bikes found randomly..
It definitely seems to be a thing. Decent superduke's are 4k to 5k like this (just picked one in the middle)
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/KTM-990-SUPE ... 3830125075
Or 1500 more and get a nearly new z900 that's 13 years newer. Bonkers.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2019-KAWASAK ... 3799242069
Or for the same price as the SD a 2014 MT09
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/YAMAHA-MT-09 ... 3787037427
I really quite like the 990 SMTs but decent ones of them are 5k which I can't get my head around for a 2010 bike vs a grand or so more for a 2019-2020 bike.

I likes the chrome (or is it nickel) plated frame, love the swingarm (is it a KTM one?), the filters look a bit thin?

They do look too thin, front to back. You won’t know for sure until you try to go fast.

Styling wise, I love those.Took a test ride on one and it felt like a big scooter, maybe its the sunken seat and shortish wheelbase.Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: ↑Tue Feb 02, 2021 4:47 pmI found them a bit top heavy, I thought the road bike version was better to ride
