Allen Millyard.

Post by singlesman »

Always blown away by any YouTube clip featuring the genius that is Allen Millyard, but never realised he had built downhill mountain bikes for his son to race, worth a look if you’re into the sort of innovative engineering ideas he seems to effortlessly come up with. :D

Yesterday was the first I've seen of his stuff, that downhill thing he built for his son was a bit posh wasn't it?

If you do facebook, follow him.

His workrate is phenominal, he posts regularly, each time I'm left gobsmacked at both his talent and the speed he gets things done.

Making a six cylinder replica of a Honda, need a fuel tank, never made a tank before, week or so later - job done

Velocette V twin, Honda six, Z1 six - he keeps churning them out.

He uses them too, saw him and his son at a hill climb, his son was wheelieing one of the four cylinder Kawasaki two strokes and giving it loads up the hill.
