"Of all the stories you told me, which ones were true and which ones weren't?"
"My dear Doctor, they're all true."

"Especially the lies."

I've seen tyre fitters use them at race meetings to put grooves in tyres in cold conditions to get tyre to warm up faster.

FB bought this up, 4 year ago when we commuted to the office every day, in my case 160 mile round trip on the contract I was on.

I think Weeksy had to be resuscitated after seeing this pic of my Triumph :)

Were there inevitable scars (the bike, not Weeksy) or did the finish survive?

It survived. I've still got the bike 4 years later and it still scrubs up pretty well,
This is the first winter it hasn't had big miles. Its got 54k miles on it now. Certainly can't complain about fit and finish on these. Its just on 10 yrs old now..

I'll take some of this small island when the torrential rain stops and the wind drops to a level that I can open the door.

Contrary to the old saying, the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. When it's a swamp, that is.

It's well over 30 degrees here, all the snow has melted.
