Kawasaki Day? WSB ZX10Rs circa 2009.

Spotted these parked up at Barbon Hillclimb. Wasn't even going to bother taking pics cos I'm more interested in the oddball weird stuff there but once my mate pointed out they were a bit special I had a better look.
Lots of nice little details on them, hell I got loads of photos of the wiring connectors.
Not the best pics as my phone camera wasn't the best.

IIRC the 100 numbered bike was ridden by Makoto Tamada and the 23 number bike by Broc Parkes.

Is the rear brake return spring... an elastic band?

Yeah. Mind, its a proper racing lacky band though. Only the best for WSB.

I wonder if there's different colour ones for different tensions, like powerbands.

Some bricklayer block called McPint, McStout or something like that had this bike lurking in his van as well.
This wasnt being raced either, he was riding a supermoto CRF.
I'll put pics of that up as well.

Not sure why I took this one, maybe to show what type of front brake master cylinder it had or that even TT winners weld the bobbles back onto broken levers.
