That's what the original were like AFAIR. It was a race bike with lights added rather than a road bike turned into a racer.

I remember reading in John Robinsons Chassis Tuning book that most faired motorcycles were about as aerodynamic as a "Delivery Van" and that the main problem was the shape of the rider.

Can't remember the drag numbers and IIRC there were a lot of rules to disallow front mudguards from covering too much of the wheel forward of the front spindle or the tail unit from going too far back.

Couple of lights won't help but I'd be interested to see just how much worse they are than a standard bike and rider.

Oh, the bike looks pretty good to me.
Usual stuff about airfilters Blah blah blah obviously but youse lot expect me to say that anyway.
