I don't know enough about Harley's to be able to see how much work has been done, but it 'looks' like your bog-standard 'Wall of Death' bike to me.

My point was that the 'look' is not as original as the builder might think.

For a long time Harley 45s were cheap, a mate of mine who used to import bikes from the states in the 90s used to use them to top up containers when he didn’t have a full one- they were that cheap. Nowadays a decent 45 (750cc ish)is at least £15k and for the rarer 1200 flat heads £25k seems to be the money
This is what a fairly standard WL 45 looks like:

I usually can't stand most Harleys* but that looks OK to me.

Weird that the brake torque arm is on the same side as the sprocket eh?
Not seen that before.
Think some ATK motocrossers (in about 1990 or so) had the rear brake disc mounted on the the front sprocket shaft (Merican "countershaft sprocket) which IIRC lessened unsprung weight and erm... reasons.
They also got chain oil on em and when hot didn't help the sprocket bearing seal.
