This was a rebuild, but ended up somewhat 'custom' simply because genuine original parts were unobtanium.
After the initial rebuild from crashed state (I do have photos of the wreckage somewhere).
From memory:
Guzzi V50 headlight shell, lens was a Cibie Z-beam off a Daf55 (yes really),
custom side panels, (ally, made by my dad)
gloss black paint job,
Cagiva Alazurra GT rear wheel,
Conti 2-1 race system,
rejetted, and (iirc) pod filters hidden under the tank,
cheap bar-end mirror (I think bikes with 2 bar-end mirrors look odd, but just one seems fine to me)
Hagon shocks,
custom rearsets
Jota handlebars (the adjustable ones)
IIRC the throttle/switchgear unit was also Guzzi (but functionally identical)
I also made up the instrument panel in ally for the fairy lights. (no photos, thankfully)
The Le Mans fairing came off the V50 that had been wearing it.
The only other photos of it are with other vehicles.....
With Rev Freds RGV 250 (which handled better, but the Ducati was faster)
With Dad's R65LS prepping for a TT visit
With my first car
This is what they look like as 'standard'.
