I got 'spent the morning in A&E - ran over my foot with the car - then went to a good old -fashioned greasy spoon café'...somewhere.

If I'm right, I hope your foot is fixed.

I've made a to do list - to start tomorrow :angelic-green:

I did have a massive lie in, probably due to taking the big drugs last night after a horrible day with my head and a not great week with my knee

Got up in time to go see the honey people, got there but it seemed to be a very local party, so I didn't stay - didn't see any honey for sale and had an attack of the seriously shys !!

Home to put the chicken stock/bone broth in containers and into the freezer for future meals; made a start on the next batch of yoghurt; and have been half watching the TdF and the incoming storm for a while now

Not at the moment, but that time is coming!!

Before I have weeks without my knee, I am hoping for a good week or months with my knee :) :) :)

Heard an almighty clattering from my bedroom. Found the (probably 40yo) ceiling fan had shed one of the five blades from metal fatigue. No sign of any other damage, so no idea WTF it hit. :eh:

TBF, that one blade had been hanging a bit lower than the other four for some considerable time (years).

My wife told me I was taking her to lunch today. It was the local beefeater we went to as they are closing soon and she has vouchers to use up. Can’t argue with the amended bill!

Found the pair of glasses that I thought I lost at the salvage yard last week.

Found roomies $300 sunglasses that she hadn't realized she'd misplaced yet.

About a month ago I lost my Solvol, I bought a new tube a couple of weeks ago. The new tube is sitting on the polishers next to the GPz11:

Back on with operation sex pond today. Cut the bloody thing up with a reciprocating saw, removed the base and took the lot to the tip.
