Mesh Jackets

Post by KungFooBob »

I usually wear a light weight brown Dainese leather jacket but I'm going to Spain next week and the weather guessers are saying 37c, so started thinking about a mesh jacket.

I was going to buy the Oxford Arizona Air 2 jacket in a lovely shade of brown, but they didn't have the brown in my size, I almost bought the grey. Then the shop assistant brought out a RST Spectre in navy blue, it felt much nicer so I bought it.

Just like this one, but it somehow looks nicer irl...

I picked up a pair of black AStars Reef V2 gloves too (my current summer gloves are brown leather and they'd look silly with a blue jacket),

I'll let you know how I get on with a weeks time!

I also ended up buying the Oxford one, but the ladies version for the wife.

As she preferred it to the MotoGirl mesh jacket I bought her a fortnight ago, d'oh.

This on my "winter buy" list - along with some sort of air bag thingy !!

After being in the valley this summer, a mesh jacket is 100% required!!!

I've got a Furygan Atom vented jacket, it fits well and isn't hot to wear, I have my doubts about it's crash protection

I've been out in my new jacket today. You get a lovely breeze through, even just stood still in the garden.

I've realised that the blue makes me look a bit like a Fronch rozzer.

The gloves are great too.

I've realised that the blue makes me look a lot like a French tosser.

The gloves are great too.
