Today I had to go to the valley and be back before lunch, so I was actually outside my apartment as the sky went pink with sunrise! Soooo gorgeous!

I've always been told that when Mont Blanc has a hat on then snow is on the way. Couple that with a red sky in the morning warning, and I'm really hoping we get some decent snow soon!!

I watched a film once about AMA Superbike racing in the 70/80's and they had a video of a hot lap... they then showed the setup, massive camera stuck on the tank.

I'm sure I'll find it on youtube.

The (locally) famous Leigh-on-Sea pillar box. Dunno who knits its hats, but the have Easter ones, thank the NHS ones and now of course an Xmas one!
