Well, I could point out that's Westminster Bridge.

I drove down the Euston Road last week, and it was nose-to-tail gridlock all the way, thanks to the COVID-friendly full lane width cycle lane which has reduced one of London's busiest routes to a single lane for much of its length. In four seconds I mostly moved zero metres.

Don't get me started on those segregated cycle lanes.
Of course, now that I have an e-bike I think they're wonderful

Actually, I think they are a pretty bad idea. They permanently reduce road space for all road users except cyclists, on arterial routes that cyclists could by and large avoid, with a bit of planning. And when cyclists aren't using them - basically most of the time outside rush-hour - they are wasted space.
