For summer

The days are getting longer and the sunshine is back on it's way.

Bring on the dry days

Even if we can't leave Berskhire, i'm still looking forward to it !

Who knows what i'll have by then? I love the way the NCX commutes and things that do their job well always get my admiration. But, I sometimes indulge my love of the unsuitable, so by summertime I may have a MT10 or SD1290!

It gets dark here just after 6:15 this time of here. Still warm, but I like the warming sun in the evenings.

I don't miss the UK dark at 4:00 malarkey.

Doesn't matter in winter as its too cold to be sitting out anyway, but I wish we'd move to central european time and get longer days in summer!

I kept on putting off getting my new bike out my mates shed last year due to the lockdown milarky so it was about July before I actually got out.

Looking forward to starting a bit earlier next year.

One of things I miss when I'm south are the long summer evenings.

What's your longitude? I'm at about 7.5 degrees west, about 30 minutes after GMT.

I've been looking forwards to today. The darkening nights are a week behind us and now the mornings start getting lighter too. It definitely brings some positivity into your mind. Celebrating the winter solstice makes a lot of sense. I think I'll just keep it going for another week!
