And the seat should be further back, or the pegs further forward, the riding position is wrong.
The fuel tank must hold about 2 litres

Not convinced anything has changed on seat position from a stock 950sm, the stock item is more rounded/curved. But looks distinctly like you'd sit in the same place.

The dip in the seat looks about 3" too far forward, but it could be the way it looks in the photo with the bike on a paddock stand

Exhaust header and pipe routing looks like a bit of an afterthought.
Its got no Petrol tank!!
I like the colour scheme.
I'm not into SuperMotos but its better looking than many.

huge tank that KTM used, similar to their adventure bikes; was chopped off and moved to the rear subframe. Integrated with the frame of the bike, the tank now sits flush under the slimmed down seat.

I thought the tank might be under the seat.
The bike looks a lot better than KTMs attempts at road going supermotos, though I don't think there'd be many buyers for a bike with a 4" wide seat and a 7 litre petrol tank.

If I was gonna build an SM, I'd start with a 500cc big bore kit for my Husky motor.

It'd likely to be horrible to ride though.
This is an LC8 engine used in 950sm and adventure, so a really well known engine that's lovely to ride. Put that in a bike with 150kg, then you're going to enjoy it!!!

Not really a fan of this genre but that is significantly better than many of the 'customs' posted here IMO. This guy seems to actually know what he's doing

Looks like it would be a hoot over Kirkstone pass anyway.
Dunno about those 950s cos I've never even seen one close up let alone had a bash on one but with my KX I sometimes find it handy* to get my weight as far forward as possible cos its a bit lish opening it up coming out of bends and having less "tank" would allow that.
I think I like it but would require extensive testing to confirm my opinions so if someone would be so kind as to arrange the bikelend I'll give it a test for my usual fee.
*Or at least when it wasn't languishing in the shed.

I like it until I look above the frame. I'd rather see a proper tank and seat arrangement. What's on there looks odd?

I'm not keen on that one.
There was a modified 990 sm on Instagram that used alot of exc panels that looked better IMO.

Better looking tank area than the standard bike, but the backend looks better on the stock bike

Those frames are pretty wide compared to most SM's so slimming it down and moving the tank still leaves it about as wide as a normal SM.
With a normal tank I'd imagine its a fair width?
