Recommend me a compressor

Post by Lutin »

I'm after a compressor and associated kit to do some soda blasting. What size of compressor would the community recommend? I think I'm correct in thinking that belt driven, rather than direct drive, is preferred.

I'll be wanting to soda blast some very solid and glazed internal doors for starters. I'm sure I'll end up using for other purposes - as you do.

Thanks for that. Would be great if I was operating a commercial venture.

Completely my fault for not specifying that this is for DIY use. Ho hum. I'll learn eventually.

You may struggle doing blasting from a small compressor. I know a guy who tried with a 100 litre compressor, then a 150, then a 200 and he's still needing plenty more air.
