Not checked but hope the temperatures aren't too hot. My biggest concern these days. I'm a low 20°s kind of guy. Does look like a brilliant trip. 👍

First UK leg complete. Good weather, not too hot. Nice ride apart from the M25 and .M20.
However the Garmin has shat a cog so navigation maybe interesting.
Now enjoying a pizza and a glass of red, followed by an early.night.

Chunnel this am and tonight in Reims. Dropped the bike on my foot at lunch stop but don't think I have broken it. Limping but otherwise fine.

Today I have a black foot and I walk with a limp!
Weather today was wet to start, then dried out, and finished with more rain. No pics cos it was pissing.

Good weather vibes we're successful!

I swanned off on my jack today, just exploring interesting looking roads in the Black Forest. Few spots of rain on the visor, but nothing to speak of. There rest followed the route and got rained on big time.

Now in Fussen off for a shower and a beer.

Shower complete, beer #1 almost done. Pics very short at the moment, yesterday was manic (and damp), today has been good, some cracking roads in the Black Forest, but I didn't stop much and much of the scenic bits were shrouded in fog. Visibility down to 25 yards in places early this AM.

Bye Fussen, hello Interglemn. A thoroughly wet and miserable day. Started wet and got worse. Very few pics so far but here are a few.

In Berlin you can get a boy for 20 Marks or maybe none at all. But in Interglemn, there is only The Interglemn Cafe.

A while back you mentioned that you had a jacket/gilet that you filled with water and the evaporation of the water kept you cool for an hour or so, but you couldn't remember the make and model. I'm guessing you have it with you for this adventure even though it hasn't been needed yet. Can you tell me the make and model?
