Deep fry/shallow fry/roast/double fried and cooked with cheese before you ask.

Re: Mega arse - I crashed again
I have to say in the 5-6 years I've used various Michelins the only time I've had a puncture was a piece of fence binding wire that pieced the tread. So far I haven't killed a Michelin sidewall (make sure its the enduro spec version of the tyre as they do lighter XC versions of some with less armour). In the same time I've trashed 2 Kenda's and 3 Maxxis tyres on flints, admittedly the Kenda's were Honey Badgers so a faster lighter tyre but the Maxxis were 2 x Minion SS and and an Ardent.

I developed diabetes - then I read about how I would probably die from a stroke, or some other cardio vascular disease, whilst having my legs amputated.Julian_Boolean wrote: ↑Wed Dec 09, 2020 9:56 amInteresting, I've got IBS as I've got older and I've put on weight (I weigh 30% more than I did 15 years ago)
What did you do to lose weight, I can lose a stone but seem to be stuck getting any lower
After a chat with my diabetes nurse, she suggested something tentatively called the Newcastle Diet - 12 weeks of 600 calories a day. I lost 35 kgs - which I have kept off.
Solved heartburn issues that I have had since i was 23, my stress induced IBS has gone, and my asthma is now only very slight. And I am now just below "pre diabetic" - but haven't needed medication since ...
It's tough - but worth it
