They've been building an underpass near the magic roundabout for ages. Small storm this morning and the bugger has flooded.
It's too late to put in drainage :obscene-birdiedoublered:

I'm fairly sure I can see a drain where that yellow cable is coming down. Once the road surface is laid, in theory, the water will flow into that drain. At the moment it's just sitting on the unmade ground.
