From what I've seen it's got glowing reviews, but I'm always a bit cautious with Brit Journos and Triumph reviews. Plus whilst they are pitching it against the MT07, Z650 etc they are currently available at a grand cheaper new, so I reckon outside of initial sales they'll have to discount as currently you can pick up a brand new/pre-reg'd or ex demo Z900, GSX750 and MT/XSR900s for the same price which are a step up.

Still don't like the styling much or all the flag waving Union Jacks whilst building nearly all their bikes in Thailand.

Given the choice between that and a 2nd hand Z900RS, I'd buy the Kawasaki

And a new Z800 is similar money

They don't make them anymore do that?

You can get a branch new Z900 for £7400 at the moment. £200 more than the trumpet. No contest for me.

The Trident will be more against an MT07 for most people but as I said you can get those for a grand cheaper new.

The blond in the tight jeans is a lot more attractive than the bike or the bald barstard

So the Trident is superior to the MT07 in every way except 'fun'. I won't trade mine in then

Those banana swinging arms do crab the exhaust choices though!
