Wes Streeting agrees: he’s banned the NHS from prescribing puberty-blocking drugs to children.

A Labour politician with common sense? Good grief.

Thank goodness I should say. I have been in shock recently with some of the responses on this very forum appearing to defend this mental illness. I was beginning to suspect the entire world had gone mad. Chopping up kiddies and/or sterilising them prior to adulthood is barbaric.

Maybe there is still hope...

Hope? Nah lets return to the madness. Trans men menstruate, or do they?

If I correctly understand the loony language, “trans men” are women who pretend to be men. Why wouldn’t they have women’s monthly bother?

Jeez, this is supposed to be Todays news, not the weird shit that elderly giffers obsessed by Trans people (I bet yer browser history shows some odd stories) read in the Mail.

I know we're all guilty of going a bit off script but farkin hell, some of you lot have a real hard on for any little tiny (likely made up) edge of likelyhood wedge issue tranny story.

It's honestly fucking creepy your so obsessed to such an extent.

Todays News. Sheesh.

8/10, a good effort, but not quite enough vitriol for a really good rant, keep it up though!

Personally I find it creepy that adults, supposedly medical people, would even consider allowing a child to take puberty blockers and undergo life-changing surgery. It is now banned, but I shall get agitated again when the weirdos come out of the woodwork and try to get it permitted again.

It’s creepy that you’re so obsessed by giffers’ obsessions. We’re not the ones who “have a real hard on” for underdeveloped teenagers.

Tell the Secretary of State for Health and Social Affairs that it’s “a little tiny (likely made up) edge of likelyhood [sic] wedge issue tranny story.” He got it into today’s news.

Some sad fuckers just need to argue. They don't care if they are poisoning an interesting thread.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

I have no problem with trans people. I find it weird but I guess some (many? most?) people find me weird, so live and let live. But adults who want to transition kids who are mostly just confused are just plain evil.

Also, men claiming to be women so they can excel at women's sports is cheating. I don't like cheating.

What part of "Todays News" are we failing to understand chaps?

I understand that as people get older almost everything in the last ten years transforms into "Eeee, it was just the other day" so I guess this thread just shows that effect?

I believe Tiepin started it with this news of the day, on the day:
Taipan wrote: Thu Nov 28, 2024 12:31 pm And the winner of the BBC's woman player of the year is...

...A man! :wtf:

Barbra Banda has failed sex eligibility rules in The Africa Cup of Nations and for her transfer to Real Madrid. Is this yet more provocative wokeism from the BBC?
Are you too stupid to understand that people want to discuss topics for more than one day?

The economy has shrunk again this month. I just saw Racheal Reeves interviewed and she said "THe numbers on economic growth are disappointing but isn't possible to turn round more than a decade of poor economic growth". FFS she inherited the fastest growing economy in the G7! Why is it every time I look at her I think Peter Principle?

I wonder why it was growing faster than other countries? Hmm. :hmmm:

Oh look! Maybe because it performed worse than lots of them before it picked up a bit.
