Yup. It's hilarious. Car company not making much money selling cars to old, angry, white men with high blood pressure. Decide new brand, range and markets are required. Cue apoplexy....including from a bunch of old, angry, white men with high blood pressure that have never had* - and never will have a Jaguar.

It may be several things, but so far "spectacularly unsuccessful" is not one of them. Jaguar are headline news (and not cause they're sex pests!), which is hard to beat so far as advertising goes.
