I am biased and knee down on an Africa twin with a 21” front wheel and 90 section tyre is committed....or the rider should be....it’s just too easy on sporting motorcycles with fat sticky tyres

I'll take lessons at Portimao and see if i can manage it on the huge Multi

I’m not or never have been a knee down sort of rider. Don’t think it ever slowed me down. This is as close as it gets.

Its quite interesting to me how you can different people have clear styles of body position. Couchy looks the same in all his pics, as does KFB.

Probably saw that at the time as i was an avid Fast Bikes reader from issue 1 with Colin Schiller and his assorted mob of racers/psuedo journos

I nearly got squashed by a tracked APC whilst lapping the Chobham roundabout that Fast Bikes used for their knee down shots, as I came round I saw the officer leaning out of the top cupola bashing the driver on the head and pointing at me! Bloody thing stood on its nose and hopped onto the roundabout whilst I tightened my line and bottom!
