Round here they aren’t an old man’s car. Lots of young mums have the SUVs and plenty of young blokes in the convertibles along the seafront in the summer. Clarkson gave the convertible a firm endorsement back in the day which helped them too and of course the Ben Kingsley and mark strong ad made them fashionable, but this advert has probably harmed them. It seems current Jaguar owners are as bitterly upset and as disappointed as labour voters!

I came very close to owning this last year, but was £2k apart on negotiations. TBH if they do go all woke I doubt I’d have been bothered enough by the changed image to sell it. Each summer I keep thinking bout getting one but I’m not sure I’d look good in full pastel clothing and my hair is too short for one of those styles. Thinkmill go for a convertible Porsche in GBNews colours for a bit of balance!

You have to break from tradition to get younger people to buy Jags cos who the fuck under about sixty currently buys em? Piss them off and they'll provide any publicity required, looks like its working a treat.
