Jaguar, as in the cars.

The rebrand and the new advert, It's a piss take right?

'This rebrand and ad campaign is the perfect answer to the question: ‘How do we alienate our legacy owners while not attracting new buyers?’

Pretty much sums it up for me.

Glad I didn't buy that XF now. On the plus side, Pony can get back into Jags now.

S'funny you should mention this, as last Sunday I passed an Aston and, what I thought was, a big Audi, in anti focus colours on the Fosse Way.

Probably because Lord Elon, Andrew Tate and Bev Turner got into a froth about it. (Musk should have asked his brother's wife what she thought of it - Kimbal's missus is a bit more 21st century  ).

Orders for what exactly? They don't have any cars on sale and won't for some time :hmmm:

They might have a few SUVs lingering on in other markets, but this ^^^ rebrand and advert is related to a car which won't even be revealed until next year.

Plus the small fact Jaguat don't have shares.

That's a different Jaguar? JAGX is Jaguar health care.

The car company is part of TATA Group.

Ah.

What are the odds that the wrong share has stoofed as a result of the righteous indignation of a few WASP 'influencers'?

I had an email recently with the copy nothing tagline and immediately wondered how they were going to replace seatbelts or the tired concept of four wheels. Even without that advert they lost me.
I looked on their website a few weeks back and everything was almost black, to the point I couldn't see the cars. :eh:

WTAF! I guess their only way out of this woke clusterfuck is to delay the launch of any of their new milk floats and then come up with a proper advert like this!

Did someone mention Bev? I'm with her all the way on this!

Given how wrong she's been on everything else I begin to suspect that Jaguar might have actually got it right.
