Yep. Might not be close, though.

Looking forward to watching on Tuesday - lots of changes.

Not great racing but glad Martin won, sadly likely to be his only title but let's be honest one is pretty good!

Pecco was the best example of a sportsman I've seen in a while.

Next year will be interesting as it looks like Marc and Pecco are far from mates. There was a respect between Pecco and Martin that definitely isn't there with Marc. Plus Pecco has already proved he's more than capable of losing his shit and taking Marc out to stop Marc beating him. And we know Marc doesn't give a toss about riding through people. Ducati are gonna have a riot :D

Sadly though Pecco, Marc and Martin were head and shoulders over everyone else. With Martin on the Prilla it'll be a 2 horse race at most. Pity KTM can't give Pedro a better bike as he don't give a shit either and would add more fireworks.

IIRC Ducati have an engine freeze. But the Japs can still develop, which will close the gap.
Wanna see Fab Frog at the sharp end again.

Jorge certainly has the ability to be more than a one time MotoGP WC, but it's very doubtful whether Aprilia can put a bike under him that will be able to challenge the all-conquering Ducatis. Love to be proved wrong, but... And Pecco has said that there's a new Ducati chassis in the pipeline that's even better than the current one. The red bikes are at least one step, and probably two, ahead of the best of the rest.

I'd echo SPMF's comments about Ducati having a management hightmare on their hands. The garage atmosphere will probably start off cool but cordial, but all it will take is MM to start beating Pecco and things will get spicy. I can't see Bastianini or Vinales pulling up trees at KTM and how Jorge and Marco go will all be down to what the 2025 Priller is like. Both are winners but will struggle without a Ducati underneath them.

And Fab Frog must be wondering if he's signed his chances away of another WC in exchange for a fat pay check. I'd say he's at least the equal of MM, but can't really show it on the Yamaha.

Asparagus and Mav have been there or thereabouts many times.
The bike isn't shit and with JM on board, it might make a few surprises.

Finally got to watch it today, after days of avoiding the result. No surprise in Motogp and my Sky box fucked up Moto2 and 3,so I'll try catch up for that.

A worthy winner in George Martin and a top sportsman/seemingly all round good guy in Bagnaia. After a few laps the races were a bit processional, but a real close thing right to the last round with Jorge and Pecco.
An independent team beating all the factory teams is quite an achievement too.

Ducati are way ahead of the others manufacturers when it comes to aerodynamics.
Being owned by Audi, with all their aerodynamic expertise and test facilities, must have contributed to Ducati's dominance
