I wonder what the reason is. There is no mention of the religion of peace in the article so it's obviously not that.
My old jack Russell was racist. She was a really friendly dog, but hated my black mate. She'd growl at him if he came near her and refuse to take any treats he offered to try and win her over. We joked she was racist as we had no idea why she didnt like him. Then we noticed if we were out she'd growl at other black people too! :?

To some flavours of Islam dogs are considered najis.

If you were keeping to your faith you might avoid parks were there was a chance you could come into contact with najis, unless you like washing.

How on earth would I know that? As a flip side to it I can tell you its a worrying time for muslims i know too. Biggest fear is their children being radicalised.
But that's where false 'news' is leading, especially when one-click reposting spreads it faster and distrust of official facts is also encouraged.

And talking of facts, have you checked on whether Axel Rudakubana's parents were criminals, or are you still happy to spread the rumour?

FWIW while the Hungerford massacre was happening, there was justifiable fear. All anyone knew was that an armed man was travelling east along the A4, indiscriminately shooting people along the way. If you know - or have good reason to believe - that he's heading your way, then fear would be quite understandable.

But fear that it might happen? Less rational. School was regularly evacuated due to bomb threats.

That ^^^ is what is wrong with multi-culturism.

Come to the UK - Fine, we welcome all colours and creeds. However we have an established culture that many people like dogs, and keep pet dogs. Get used to it, or bugger off back to wherever. Similar arguments apply to other religions/ethnic cultures who don't like how we do stuff in the UK.

BTW I have no pets, and am unlikely ever to own one, but I accept that others do. I just wish they would pick up their pet's shit and NOT decorate trees and bushes with the plastic wrapped evidence. :angry-cussingblack:

Possibly not, might have been a white Welsh do-gooder being over-anxious not to offend.

Of course not.

Why let a few facts like that get in the way of a good twitterstorm?

It's funny when he barks, but I often hear comments in the background that I couldn't repeat on here :(

The report was submitted by environmental group Climate Cymru BAME. It says that during one of its focus groups, "one black African female stated that she feels unsafe with the presence of dogs". How much more evidence do you need that dogs are racist?

Justin Welby resigned (well yesterdays’s news). Good. Wants to count himself lucky he’s not Thomas Cranmer.

TBF, same difference - but having you head cut off might be preferable

(But at least I knew who he was)https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Cr ... Cranmer%20(2%20July%201489,in%20the%20Church%20of%20England.

Do you think false news is only a right wing thing then? Seriously? I'm not checking jack shit on anything, i think someone on here said so, which is my audience, on here, about this. I'm not addressing x/twitter/blue sky.

Left right, right wrong? Irrelevant. I've not said anything about that.

And checking because someone here says so?

Irrelevant.

Perhaps think about the wider implications of spreading incorrect 'information'.

For you, it might be misguided misinformation. But, as we've seen for others (eg Farage), it's potentially deliberate misinformation to support an agenda.

Next time you're tempted to repost something, is it such a hardship to pause for a moment, and think about whether you're being used? Because if you propagate incorrect disinformation, that's what's happening.
