If you flip a coin 100 times and always heads, what's the odds on the next flip being heads?

It's probably a rigged coin if it's heads 100 times in a row. So likely to be heads ;)

The odds of it being a two headed coin are pretty high. :D

Coin tossing is always held up and used as a 50/50 test but it's not random at all is it? It's just throwing a coin, I imagine with (alot) of practice you could get reasonably good at making it go whichever way you wanted.

Easy innit.

Spin coin, catch it on palm and see if it favours you. I so hold it out for others to see. If it doesn't slap it on the back of your other hand and hold that out.

Like the jam before cream answer, I can stop any arguments about whether the earth is flat or not. Clearly it isn't flat or cats would have pushed everything off of it.

And, just like the cream/jam conflict, someone will argue.

It's obviously flat.

Has the possibilty of the earth being hemioblatespheroidical been considered? That would account for both sets of observations being correct.

I've got a klein bottle, a lovely thing.

As an aside I'd like a wrist band with 'What would Möbius do?' written on it but I want it made in one piece, not joined.

Maybe, but it certainly proves that I can't pronounce every word I see! :obscene-birdiedoublered:

I was playing around with mobius strips recently in Sketchup.

Printed it out among other things...

IKR but TPU would fit the bill. Anyhow it's just an excuse for me to show off some models I've been working on.

I made a few "Dummy 13" figures and every time I show someone, they want one. So I did a glow in the dark version for my favourite 6 year old...

Image

Just made a few glow in the dark skulls for it too and of course a DEADPOOL version for me. The skull and DEADPOOL took ages to knock up in Sketchup (the free online ones are shit).

Image

They are so much fun, really well designed (not by me!) and I'll be doing a stormtrooper head next. The weapons options are innumerable.

We could argue about the absurdity of a grwon man playing with dolls I suppose...

Not sure if that's anything to argue about, wonder if it will even make the mainstream news?

I am kinda curious as to why we in the UK are allowing "free Palestine" marches in direct support of Hamas, a known terrorist organisation. Then arresting or locking up anyone who complains calling them "extreme right wing".

Almost as if Starmer and our Police are deliberately turning a blind eye to anything these Islamic extremists get up to. I guess we could argue about that...
Is it in 'direct support' of Hamas, or the women and children (present and future generations) that are being exterminated by israel? Damn those leftie-liberal do-gooders :eh:
The UN's Human Rights Office has condemned the high number of civilians killed in the war in Gaza, saying its analysis shows close to 70% of verified victims over a six-month period were women and children.
Verified is quite a powerful word in this context.

For a start off, the reports I heard the Maccabi Tel Aviv fans ripped down Palestine flags from peoples homes.
They abused Arab taxi drivers and then shouting racial abuse* and setting off fireworks during the minutes silence for the victims for the Valencia flooding because , get this...Spain supported the international courts genocide case.

I don't know if you remember but a year or so ago the Maccabi fans went nuts and attacked people in Greece while ago. Racist attacks from extreme right wing football hooligans.

These ate the people your prentending are nice?

Even the Times Of Israel is reporting it.

Greek Times.

Which brings me to people supporting Palestine in its genocide case.
Approximately 70% of the over 40 thousand people killed duing Israels genocidal rampage a d quest for more land are women and children. The Lancet estimates that the number of dead is actually in excess of 180,000.
Children are regularly having limbs amputed without anesthetic, The Israelis ate bombing more schools, hospitals, and universities with their Precisely targetted strikes than Hamas, and Hesbollah (sp?) ate with their supposedly indiscriminate attacks.
How does that work then? Lack of basic humanity?
In my book the people cheerleading for all this are also lacking in basic humanity and punching down against the worlds most oppressed people living in an apartied state just isn't a good look.
It doesn't make you look better, tougher or smarter.

Yeah, disgusting behaviour and not just because they were a football mob, apparently Mossad had their agents embedded in the crowd too. Makes you wonder if it hadn't been a deliberate attempt to provoke a response.

This may surprise you but I actually do not relish the idea of innocent women and children suffering. The entire Israel/Palestine situation is a shitshow.

More than that, I most certainly do not welcome this partisan violence to become commonplace in Europe, let alone on the streets of the UK.

But, too late to worry about that now. It is happening more and more often and our governments response is denial, whitewash and censorship.

Another day, another random multiple stabbing attack in London which, as I write this, we know very little about except it is "definitely not terror related".

Where have we heard that before?
