I predict that this will never reach production. Its a nice show machine but there is little rational for that three cylinder layout and I suspect that the compressor will only function to improve emissions by allowing a lower mechanical compression ratio. If it is designed to burn hydrogen that would be another story!

Hydrogen always adds fucking massive (ugly) tanks, which could be why they didn't show any bodywork

How good are the car systems at sealing the H2 in and not leaking, as NASA/BOEING seem to have horrendous problems with sealing, or am I comparing apples with eggs?

Nah its a big problem, pretty much the hardest substance to hold on to!
Loads of firms are advertising fancy new carbon wrapped tanks and what not, but it's still a ball ache. I can't see it ever working out for road vehicles in a big way.
Aircraft yes, but they have much bigger budgets and much better control, training and regulation on the whole process.
