That's not a late life admission of the ghey,or anything, just an acknowledgement of the random unpredictability that is ever present in wimminz of the female kind.
Lol I'm very lucky that Mrs Weeksy is the most normal one I know. Apart from her purchases of random stuff that is.

And her husband wouldn't be prone to impulse purchases at all, would he? :silent:

22 grown men kicking a bag of wind about for 90 minutes but apart from the Tour De France I generally don't give a toss about any teamsports.
Golf, despite my father a d one uncle being golf pros and my father even playing in the British Open (well before I was born though) I still view it as a good walk spoiled*.
I do like walking the dog across the Carlisle course on the odd night though.
On a lead though or he'll be off after a deer.
Nice enough place to walk, just zero interest in the golf bit.

You guys do know that there's quite a few of those wimminz folk that don't get other wimminz either, right?!!

In general, it easier to have men friends I've found

Mind you, I don't really understand them either - but they are easier to be friends with

Boxing, wrestling. I.e. grown men fighting. Why?
Football. Bunch of overpaid nancies. Football fans, if I can widen the scene a bit. Louts, mostly. Rugby, otoh….. (explain that.)
Drinking until you’re drunk. Why?
Evangelical Christians. Evangelical anything, in fact.
Intolerant people like me…

I’ll stop there - I’m starting to enjoy this too much.

Even if you don't like football/boxing/golf/competitive tiddlywinks I'd have thought you'd at least get the idea of why people like competitive pastimes?

And if even if you don't like football you probably like motorcycle racing, for example, which is basically the same thing bar a few details ;)

You don't have to like the specific to understand why other people do :hmmm:

Specific breeds or types of pet. I get those using a dog for working need them, you probably wouldn't chose a terrier to round up sheep. But as a pet, either a dog or a cat? Nope I don't get it.

Yebbut … the title of the thread is “things you don’t get that others do”. I’m quite happy for others to carry on doing them, me myself I don’t “get” them. I “get” that others do.
