Elon Musk was sued in a proposed class action on Tuesday by registered voters who signed his petition to support the constitution for a chance to win his $1m-a-day giveaway, and now claim it was a fraud.

The complaint, filed by the Arizona resident Jacqueline McAferty in federal court, said Musk and his America Pac organization falsely induced voters to sign a petition by claiming they would choose winners by chance. In fact, members of the Pac selected the winners, the suit alleges. Musk’s own attorneys said in court that the sweepstakes’ results were not random; they disclosed that the winners were chosen to be spokespeople for the group.

“The $1m recipients are not chosen by chance,” Chris Gober, a lawyer for Musk, said during a hearing in Pennsylvania. “We know exactly who will be announced as the $1m recipient today and tomorrow.” Musk, meanwhile, said at a campaign rally that his Pac would be “awarding $1m randomly to people who have signed the petition”.

What is perhaps more interesting from the perspective of statistical anomaly is that of the 16 states that the Democrats did win, 15 of them are "no voter ID required". The only one that did require voter ID was the very closest margin they won by. Those are also the ONLY states which do not require voter ID. Without voter ID it is impossible to prove cheating one way or the other, then again, in ALL of those states, it only went one way!

The other interesting anomaly with this being the most hotly contested election, since ever, is that the Dems missed their last target vote count by a whopping 18 million. So Biden allegedly beat Trump (right at the last moment I like to keep reminding everyone) with 81 million votes. This time Kamala only got 63 million. (forgive me if I might be a bit off with the numbers, several sites quote 15 - 20 million "missing")

I remember at the time (2020) watching the polls which literally jumped at 4am in the morning, overturning Trumps record breaking electoral vote, leaving a massive spike in the votes recorded. A spike all in Biden's favour and in just those swing states where it was needed for the win. I remember thinking, yeah, be great to see the raw data from the voting machines or, maybe they should hang onto those truckloads of ballots that appeared after voting had nominally ended.

What actually happened was all of the ballots were accidentally destroyed - immediately after the count and the Dominion machines were subpoena'd but never actually handed over.

We'll never know** but this time the Republican observers and an army of helpers were tasked with making sure that such antics could not work so easily this time. Suddenly, "poof" 18 million votes disappear. While you might think that's just the ebb and flow of turnout, without the 18 million extra votes Biden found in 2020, the total votes cast suddenly reverts to statistically normal levels for actual population size.

Such data anomalies from the 2020 election are arguably circumstantial evidence especially without the machines/logs, the ballot papers or voter ID. But then, that was part of the plan wasn't it....

Same as last time though, it is difficult to present those data in a compelling way for the average punter. It almost doesn't matter now that Trump is back in office where he should have been for all these years. Back in office with a full deck this time, house and senate.

**never say never. There may yet be a trail and it might lead from Croatia all the way to China. Trump might actually get to the bottom of it, I wouldn't put it past him. If someone cheated me like that, I'd go after them given the chance.

Looks like I spoke too soon. The democrats are going after the last few votes in an effort to steal the house. Massive cheating spree in Arizona.

Well, it looks like a cheat from here. Curious anomaly between votes cast for Trump and those for Kari Lake (they're on the same side!). You would think that a vote for Trump would be a vote of Lake (Senate) but curiously, her "count" falls far short of what you might expect. Plus of course they are determined to prolong the count for as long as possible using the tried and tested Dominion machines - like all the other democrat strongholds. The longer they can delay the counting, the more likely it is to produce a Democrat win. Again, statistically, there is a direct correlation. FFS.

This is getting ridiculous.
