I'd have to get off my yacht first.

BTW that £300 is with a sum less than the maximum you're allowed in PBs

Would you care to tell us where we might find such a good deal? Or is it not available to us mortals?

PBs wise. I had 3 prizes this month, 25, 50 and 100. From a holding of £14,500. The last 3 months I've had zero prizes !

This year has been like the previous one for me. A flurry of wins in the first few months then just 1 in the rest of the year. Overall it's still something like a 4 or 5% return. I'm getting more than that on the 'plucky little portfolio' of shares....but the actual value of the shares has gone down. :(

Both are more fun than the savings account though. :D

Definitely available to mortals

TBF one of my savings accounts - the "big" one - is/was a Cash ISA locked in at a good rate for several years, last year, with a high street bank. You won't quite get that good any more I don't think, but you can still get some reasonable deals. If you wanted to have a slightly more risky account you could probably get more on a innovative finance ISA doing P2P loans (which I think you already have?).

The other place I have a chunk of cash is with an online portal which allows you to access load of different savings accounts. Not gonna post full details, but it's one of the big names in banking but not people with high street branches like Lloyds, HSBC etc. Deffo someone a mere pleb like me can access though!

Nawt on the premium bonds this month.

The Ethereum is up about 50% since February though. I'm selling mine now, I'm not hanging on for the BC halving.
The Bald Beast (who seems to have an excellent handle on such things) says now is the time to go meme coin. I've opted for Dogecoin; surely the gold standard of the memes.
Dogecoin is up 90% on the week and 160% on the month.

I don't they will go up much for a while now. But I'll keep what I have, I think it will be worthwhile over the next two years or so. It's a gamble of course.
