Hobbies, pass-times, activities, what have you moved on from ?
What did you used to do a LOT (no, stop it you filthy lot) but now don't ?
For me
Football, mostly watching Liverpool FC, but i've watched 1 game in the last 2-3 years, i used to go to Anfield most weeks
Golf, just kinda grew out of it and stopped, no reason why really.
Motorbikes, i think i've just done all i need to do with bikes and with the roads etc don't have any interest in it. (i rode for the first time i 18 months a couple of weeks ago and it was nice enough, but no desire to do it again)
computer games, I used to spend countless hours on the PC/console playing games, but don't have one and haven't for the last 15 years.

Bikes, obsessively from 79 to 96 the just stopped when we had kids but got back into it 2005
Kites, obsessively from 95. Mostly trick/sport kites but also buggies and boards. Not so much lost interest so much as the hobby died on its arse around 2010 (as odd as it sounds to most people, it was really big late 90s). Now kite surfing is all that remains really, that and old men camping with single liners.
Astronomy, no loss of interest but neighbours in all directions have floodlights like small sums on all the time so I'm a bit screwed. Anyone want a nice 10" Dobsonian?

Depends how far back you go really....
When I was a small kid I used to make a huge amount of things with Lego... but that stopped when I started tinkering with bikes (well, mostly, I still occasionally build a Lego kit, or try to do a mock up of something in Lego: eg I tried to make an arrow-striping machine a few years back).
More recently I've not done any Archery for years: I used to be out at my club, or at a shoot virtually every other weekend, especially in summer, but since I went travelling it's pretty much stopped. Not really for want of desire, more for want of opportunity: travelling caused a break, then COVID killed most things social, and then since we moved down here we just haven't got around to joining a club again. Ironically my partner and I met through archery (several years before we "got together"), and we both love it, but since getting together I think we've gone shooting twice?
PC games: used to enjoy a bit of Civ, or Diablo, or X-COM, but now just do a small amount of gaming on the tablet: most modern games simply don't seem to hold any interest for me. (Although I still enjoy Skyrim on the Xbox360 occasionally).

Paintball, used to schelp up to Selby nearly every other weekend, bloody loved it, no idea why I quit, although it was starting to get spendy.
PC gaming, used to put a few hours in every weekend night, not played at all this year.
Air rifle shooting, lost access to land so knocked it on the head and sold my rifles, I'd pick it back up is some suitable ground came up

Snowboarding.
Took it up when we moved here to MK cause the indoor slope was right next to our flat. I wasnt super super in to it, but i went most weeks and could do a few rails, handle a black run etc. I stopped doing it not long before Baby D was born.
She wants to learn now, for some reason Snozone won't teach under 7s to snowboard, only ski. She turned 7 last week though

It just doesn't hold the same thrill anymore.
I get my kicks from arson now.

Re: Hobbies, pass-times, activities, what have you moved on from ?
Motorbikes have been a constant but not always my main hobby.
What I no longer do & can't really see me getting back into are,Gigs,Rock climbing,Mountain bikes,Skiing,Snowboarding.
Over about 20 years I swapped the snow stuff for MTB's then swapped the MTB stuff for Road cycling, now it's 100KM a week on Zwift & the occasional road ride.I do at least 30KM a month walking still a fan of the outdoors & all weather's.
Since I took early retirement I planned on dusting off my photographic gear,I've just taken out a membership for the WWT,Martin mere's just down the road I can see myself doing photography there this winter.

Waterskiing. I was mad about it (although not particularly good) for ages, even less good at wakeboarding, but still mad about it to get better. I drove the missus and the kids mad, always sidling off to get a few laps in.
Then suddenly I just couldn't be arsed. There's a nice cable circuit down the road too ....

As a kid, I was a keen fisherman, all freshwater and a lot of night fishing. Gave it up when I discovered girls. Later on in life I fancied taking up sea fishing but have never got around to it for the same reason I never get around to anything, i'm crap at time management and what time i get lately seems to get taken up by our elderly dependants. Ho hum...

I did my Advanced Open Water diving course in Cairns in 1986.
Never dived in UK afterwards as too cold and nothing as good as the GBR.
Plenty of great diving here, but only done 1 free trial dive.
We keep meaning to re-train but never get round to it.

It was Motorbikes, but now that's just an expensive commuter and dog meds collection transporter
MTB and road bikes and dog walks. Currently using the OS Map app to find paths and bridleways I've not walked/ridden before.

Re: Hobbies, pass-times, activities, what have you moved on from ?
A couple of things. I was really into photography in the 80s and 90s,but phone pics have made me very lazy and the SLR and gear has laid unused for years now. Phones are just too handy.
I've always yo-yoed between motorcycles and music, but the past few years have seen me lose interest in music entirely. I don't even listen now. I sold some of my gear around 2020 when I gave up the life of shucking stuff up stairs and down fire escapes at 3am. The mojo is missing these days.

Re: Hobbies, pass-times, activities, what have you moved on from ?
Martial Arts.
I swapped from Wing Chun Kung Fu to Krav Maga (yes, I know it's not a traditional MA, but it'll do as a catch-all term) after 4.5 years because my WC instructor moved to Glasgow, and then I promptly got tennis elbow, so had a year out.
Then after four years, last year I stopped going to Krav Maga in the summer when work meant I was in Glasgow (ironically) three days a week most weeks so couldn't go.
When that stopped I was so out of the habit it didn't occur to me to go back. I'm now contemplating going back again, but even though I loved it, I'm not sure I can be arsed.
(Also, somebody who really annoyed me started, and that also puts me off going back).
I'd also stopped going to gigs, but I've re-started that.

Racing slot cars (Scalextric), I got pretty good at it, I was getting podiums in National Races, I stopped because I was taking it way too seriously.
Re: Hobbies, pass-times, activities, what have you moved on from ?
Having listened to some of your stuff that's a shame.
Have you considered swapping that Bassman for something light like a Quilter to at least make it less of a chore?

Re: Hobbies, pass-times, activities, what have you moved on from ?
When I was a kid I use to ride horses all the time (we had a farm and looked after other people's horses and got to ride them ). I didn't get to ride as an adult until I was in my 30's, after I'd started riding bikes - horses scared me to death then!! LOL But I've ridden since and would quite like to get back into it. Just think it would be too much hassle with the arm issues.
Before I moved out here, I used to make sugar flowers (like for the top of wedding cakes). I used to do a lot of that, making a decoration to then put on a cake cos I didn't do icing the actual cakes!! When I can get into a bigger place, I am pretty sure that I'll get back to it as it's a great 'chill time' activity whilst the tv is on!! LOL
The big one I've stopped is photography. I sort of gave up when things went digital as I used to process my own B&W films, didn't really do much colour stuff. And mostly sports stuff, rugby and motorsports.
Before I moved out here I bought a relatively small DSLR with a view to getting back to it, but cameras are RHD and I manage it with my right hand And I have tried to use the screen, but in the strong sunlight here that's not very good.
But, I do really want to get back to it. Will have to relearn everything I guess cos I've forgotten pretty much everything I knew But, living here with mountain bikes in summer and ski/snowboard in winter and the views - well, it's almost impossible to take a bad scenery shot here!! LOL
So, really must build up arm muscle and get back to it :D
I do intend to start a new hobby, but I'll be buying a bike first!! Once I've sorted that, I'll work on learning to paraglide!!

Re: Hobbies, pass-times, activities, what have you moved on from ?
Interesting post @weeksy .
I'm a committed motorcyclist and that's not likely to change until age and health put a stop to it.
Road cyclists for yonks. Ditto as with motorcycling. See no reason to stop.
Table tennis:reached premier division level and played for many years until business travel screwed up my ability to train.
Radio control 1/10th scale touring cars. Raced for years and also ran a pretty sizeable club. I have all the stuff in loft. It's worth a ton of money.
Guitar:played since I was 14 and still love it.
Kites: built so many over the years and still have lots. Absolutely can't beat a good afternoon of kite flying.
Radio control aircraft: planes...built and flew loads. Greater than 2 metre wing span size plus some small helicopters. I just fly virtual stuff on Aerofly pro software and two stick usb transmitter.
Was a keen photographer but lost interest. Same with astronomy. Still have the kit and use it from time to time.
Latest hobby is learning some coding:python.
Studying music theory cause I have the time now.
Finally, I occasionally whittle some thing or other for friends.I
How I ever managed to fit work in remains a mystery.

I was into photography back in the day, with 3 SLRs and a bag full of lenses. Then I sort of lost interest, and was into pistol shooting instead.
Then the bastards banned it!

Thanks Ian. The Bassman is surprisingly light, the LTD has a pine cab. The reality is though,it doesn't matter what the amp weighs if it never goes anywhere.
Quilter stuff and the like make great sense. Some great options these days.

Re: Hobbies, pass-times, activities, what have you moved on from ?
Dog agility.
I competed up to the highest level of UK agility known as champ class, and found that I was just making up the numbers competing against people that make their living from dog training.
I also judged for quite a few years and took appointments at most of the biggest competitions (and still get asked to judge 2 years after packing it in). This was up there as one of the very best things I've done, when it went well and the course ran the way you planned it's a proper buzz.
Over the 20 years that I was involved the whole agility scene changed massively and not really for the better.
I found competing stressful and judging very very stressful because of you set a course that someone objects to it gets all bitchy and anyone can report to to the kennel club.
In short, people can be aresoles, and dog people can be the worst of the worst.
I just ride my MTB instead.
