If you've a bad enough record that they won't sell you FC then you get to pay through the nose for TPFT.

It used to be the same years ago for TPFT against TPO.

There was a fella on the other place who worked in the insurance business and explained these things very well. He got bored and left because of the usual rip off and cartel type comments. Shame really.

Back in 2002 ,my fully comp quote top a new k1 thousand Gsxr was £2100 ,tpft £1500 and third party only was £400.Tpo was my choice.

How did we get to £8k plus quotes? My first insurance policy as a learner was 52.5 p........yes...10 and sixpence.

I was only about 250 this year. Been off the road for about 5 years and have no NCB. Pays being older.
