What a nice chap yesterday's winner is. I had a bit of dust in my eye when they interviewed him. He was proper emotional. :D

Nice article about Girmay.

Apparently Eritrea is chock full of cyclists. There's a documentary about him too but haven't worked out where it's available to watch yet.

Good for him, haven’t managed to catch much of this years tour.

As for the documentary, if you click on the link in the bbc article, it takes you to their webpage. Seems like it's had showings across europe mainly and is going to be on the Arte french channel but doesn't seem to have been picked up by anyone of the mainstream channels yet?

Bit of a boing.

Bum. I read that ITV won't get the TdF from 2026, it'll only be on Eurosport. No more free-to-air. I'll rather miss it. :(

I much prefer Eurosport commentary team myself. But it is a shame.

That's the second time my favourite comentators have been moved on.Burnicle getting replaced for the BSB commentary & now no ITV coverage for the tour,I'm a Eurosport subscriber but don't like their commentary team,I'll have to watch with the sound turned down..

Do they do the travelogue stuff on Eurosport? 'That is Chateau Bouffant, built in 1764 and has been in the Bouffant-Chemise family ever since'? Or the geological stuff - 'The mountain they are passing over is mainly schist, a medium grained, metamorphic rock. What I'm holding in my hand here is a lump of schist'? Etc.

In the full show yes, but not in the highlights show.

FFS. That's really boring.
