Hoping to get out this weekend, it's either been raining or I've been decorating or not able to get out as the Mrs went to Spain on a Jolly, for the last few weekends. Forecast for Sat has changed to rain but Sunday is looking dry. Turned flipping cold this morning though. 2C on the school run :angry-cussingblack:

Yeah,it's getting cold ok. Not many more runs before the gritters stop play. They've already been out on the high ground.

Got a proper strop on Wed evening as saw 2 salt lorries with their lights going. Luckily it turns out it was them practicing their routes but can't see it being long as it was only 2c this morning and damp overnight.

It's in the grounds of an old hotel which has changed hands many times and the present owners are using it as a wedding venue. It's very quiet between events and a blaze of Autumn colour.

This volcano is huge. It's a few hundred feet down to the bottom. I've ridden down before, but a bit above Pen's ability

A day out on the lanes with a couple of decent blokes I'd never met or ridden with before- the amount of rain we've had coupled with chalk and rocks made it quite tough in places and we all had lie-downs now and again, burned a fair few calories dragging bikes out of holes once or twice too but a great day- I don't even ache (much ) today :D

Glad you're enjoying it @Tricky . When I samplied the off road world, I got fed up with falling off in mud, broken levers and getting covered in shit. Gravel tracks were good fun though. 👍

Monday off so a mate and I headed to North Wales and Abergele, Woods motorcycles was there. Not any more and it's wasn't Woods but Completely motorbikes, so that's another all locked up.

On to Conwy, then back home via Betws-y-coed. 180 miles. Wouldn't wanted to be any colder, thank the lord for heated grips.

Funny you should say that, talking to a bloke today who was wearing one. He loved it, get the long sleeves he said and the collar warms up aswel. 👍
