I looked at getting a sealed chain for the Bonnie, I kinda thought/hoped it would be straightforward.

Nope :lol:

Involves machining bits of things to increase clearance generally.

Do you ride it every day and in in shit weather? Just keep the old chain and look after it like we used to do back in the old days. They were ok, mostly.
